At Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500, each of our products is carefully crafted by hand using laser engraving and 3D embossing techniques. Every item we produce is unique and made to your specific requirements, making it impossible to replicate exactly. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Custom Orders and Responsibility for Design
1.1 Custom and Handmade Nature
All products created by Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500 are custom-made based on your submitted design, specifications, and preferences. As each item is individually crafted, variations may naturally occur, contributing to the uniqueness and charm of handmade products.
1.2 Customer Responsibility for Design
As the buyer, you are fully responsible for providing accurate design details, including any text, logos, images, or instructions. We highly encourage you to double-check all details before submitting your order. Once the design has been approved and production has begun, no changes can be made, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the design you submitted.
2. Proofing and Approval
Before production starts, we provide a proof or design preview for your approval. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the proof. By approving the design, you accept responsibility for any mistakes or omissions that might be present in the final product. No refunds or returns will be accepted for errors that were present in the approved design.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized, custom nature of each product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Customer dissatisfaction with design details after approval
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance inherent to handmade products
- Any perceived difference from the proof or design preview that has been approved
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
4.1 Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item
In the event that your item arrives damaged, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, along with a detailed description, to i@engraving.studio within the stated time period. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or repair is appropriate.
4.2 Exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under this policy. Normal wear and tear, slight imperfections, or natural variations inherent to handmade goods are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Once an order is placed and production has begun, no cancellations or changes are allowed. Since each product is custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or alterations once production is in progress.
6. Final Sale
All sales at Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500 are considered final. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these terms. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your design and order details before approving your project for production.
