2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Please review the information carefully and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
2.2 Payment
All prices on our website are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, or third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
2.3 Order Cancellation and Changes
We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.
If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at i@engraving.studio. Changes or cancellations may not be possible if the production process has already begun.
3. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
3.1 Custom Designs
For custom laser engraving or 3D embossing projects, you are responsible for providing us with accurate design files and instructions. We will provide a proof or sample for your approval before proceeding with production. By approving the proof, you accept responsibility for any errors in the design or specifications.
3.2 Intellectual Property Rights
You warrant that any custom design or material you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, or patents. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of materials you provide.
All content and designs created by Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping
We will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs are provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 International Shipping
For orders outside of USA, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities.
4.3 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom engraving and 3D embossing, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
5.2 Non-Custom Orders
For non-custom products, you may return unopened, unused items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500 and its employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Engraving Studio under the auspices Life Charitable Foundation Inc., EIN 88-2316500, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queens, New York State for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
